Trondheim Bike Tours Sykkelguide, – now a part of Trondheim Guide Service & Sykkelguide, – started in 2011 with 13 bicycles. Our founder Knut had the brilliant idea to show Trondheim’s highlights to tourists, school classes and various other groups. Riding a bike we could reach further than on foot, and have access to places that can’t be visited by bus.
In 2015 Hurtigruten started offering bike tours for their passengers in Trondheim. The number of tours quickly increased, and the season was gradually extended. To meet the demand, our bike park is now over 50 bikes.
We are available both in the harbor and downtown, in addition to have bikes stationed at some central hotels.
Our guides are certified by the Norwegian Guide Federation, a quality stamp that ensures a correct presentation of the city and the region’s history and culture. An authorized Trondheim-guide is qualified to conduct all kinds of guided yours.
Our company is a partner in Visit Trondheim, and member of the cruise network TCNM.
